AV Docket Watch generates weekly digest reports summarizing key docket activity. This guide explains how to access and interpret these digests.
Accessing Digests
Navigate to /digests from the top navigation bar to browse all available digests. Digests are listed by the week they cover, with the most recent first.
Click any digest to view its full content.
Digest Structure
Each weekly digest contains several sections designed to help different teams quickly find relevant information.
Section B: Decisions & Actions Needed
Highlighted with an orange border
This section lists urgent items requiring immediate attention:
- Action — What needs to be done
- Owners — Which team(s) should act (POLICY, DEV, SALES, EXEC)
- Due Date — When action should be completed
- Why It Matters — Business context
Section C: Deadline Radar
A table of upcoming deadlines:

- Recommended Move — Suggested action and owner
Section E: Customer + Pipeline
Two panels:
- Named Account Watchlist — Specific customers or accounts affected by this week's activity
- Sales Talking Points — Key messages for customer conversations

Technical implications for the development team:
- Regulatory changes affecting product features
- Compliance requirements

Digest Schedule
Digests are typically generated weekly (e.g., Mondays) covering the previous week's activity. The generation date and coverage period are shown at the top of each digest.
Using Digests Effectively
- Start with Section B — Check for urgent actions assigned to your team
- Review Deadline Radar — Note any deadlines in the next 1–2 weeks
- Scan Top Dockets — Understand the highest-impact items
- Check the Annex — Deep-dive into specific dockets relevant to your work
